Where should I buy an ISBN if I'm in the UK or Ireland?

ISBNs are international so regardless of where it's purchased it will be THE number used to identify a book worldwide. In other words, ISBNs are international but assigned locally. If you are in the UK or Ireland, the Nielson ISBN agency is what I'd recommend using.
